Hooks
Ribbed hooks for half-round gutters of 280, 333 and 400 mm and for square gutters with 110 and 140 mm bases. Rivetless joining, marker at the centre of the arc.
Colours and variants
Gutter holders (hooks) are installed first when mounting gutters and it's desirable to attach them to the roof structure (rafters). The required slope (2mm/m) and gutter direction are best achieved by stretching TWO ropes.
For semicircular gutters, one is placed along the front edge of the hook, and the other along the bottom, following the marked point on the hook. For square gutters, ropes are placed in the corners of the hook.
Hooks are mounted on each rafter. For lengths over 10m, it's advisable to place two downspouts. Then the gutter slopes from the center towards the ends.
The gutter is laid on the installed hooks. The gutter is pressed against the hook so that it rests on the entire surface and is fixed by bending the metal strips (clips) on the hooks around the gutter edges on the front and back. The front strip is 1mm thick, and the back is 0.7mm.
All hooks are gripped (reinforced with a rib), and semicircular ones also have a marker (marked point) in the middle of the semicircle. Steel hooks are galvanized, and those installed with colored gutters are additionally plasticized with paint for external use. All standard 333 hooks, round and square, steel and copper, are produced using the 'riveting without rivets' system. The entire manufacturing process is mechanized, ensuring constant and high product quality.
They are made for semicircular gutters of developed width 333mm (packed 50 pieces per box) and 280mm (60 pieces), as well as for square gutters with bottom widths of 110mm (r.w.333) and two types of 140mm (r.w.416 and r.w.500) in packages of 40 pieces.
