Brackets
Ribbed brackets from 1.5 mm sheet with a one-piece pressed ø10 mm wire arm, 150 and 200 mm long. Vertical spacing max 2 m, standoff 1.5–2 cm.
Colours and variants
Downspout holders (brackets) are mounted on the wall at a vertical distance of no more than 2m. They are positioned so that the pipe is 1.5-2cm away from the wall ('finger width'), to reduce the possibility of ice formation, as it can lead to pipe cracking, usually at the fold.
The bracket support is made as a one-piece unit from ø10mm steel wire, made by pressing, which increases its strength. Standard lengths are 150mm (for insulation thicknesses up to 5cm) and 200mm. It can be longer if needed.
The bracket is made from 1.5mm thick sheet and is gripped (reinforced with a rib), and the appropriate design of the ends facilitates handling during installation (no need to unscrew the bolt completely).
Produced for ø100 (± 2mm) pipes from galvanized and copper sheet. For colored gutters, galvanized brackets are subsequently plasticized in appropriate colors suitable for external use.
The manufacturing process is fully mechanized.
Also available are brackets for other pipe standards. For round pipes, there are brackets ø80, ø120 and ø150 mm, and for square: 8x8, 10x10 and 12x12 cm.
